Terms:
The
Infinity Collection sells wholesale only.
We
custom manufacture each order. As every item is hand made, we may
require up to eight weeks to prepare your shipment. We prefer to
ship full orders, your savings will be substantial if all items
are shipped at once.
Please
note the following when placing your order:
1) Minimum billing: USD $500.00 per order.
2) Discount: 10% for orders totaling USD $2000.00 or more.
3) Maximum 500 pieces per order.
4) Deposit: 50% of order required in advance of manufacture.
5) Balance due: At shipping time.
6) Credit approval required on first time clients (Please forward
credit references.)
7) Shipping and handling not included. You will be quoted shipping
with your order,if required. FOB Indonesia.
8) USA Clients only: We will ask you to wire transfer funds to our
bank in New York City.
9) Worldwide Clients: We will ask you to wire transfer to our bank
in Indonesia, payable in USD or IDR.
10) We will forward payment information upon approval and receipt
of your order.
Warranty:
All
items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. The nature of
hand paint and batik processes, by nature, means slight variations
in color and patterns will occasionally occur. All items are pressed
and inspected before shipping; quality is our main goal. Please
email us with any concerns and we will gladly address them accordingly.
Shipping:
We
can ship FEDEX, UPS, DHL, sea cargo, air freight or any viable means
you may suggest. You may provide an account number for UPS or FEDEX
for direct billing. All items are packed individually, in cellophane
display sleeves, and packed to garment industry standards.
For
US clients only: the US Government charges a quota on all clothing
items and this cost will be added to your bill. We will forward
the amount of the quota upon approval of your order.

Please consider that we are +8 hours GMT. This means we are 16 hours
ahead of Los Angeles and 13 hours ahead of New York City, standard
time. We are generally eight hours ahead of Europe.
